We employ a proven design process, used by leading technology innovators that articulates your technical needs and prioritizes them though the lens of your beliefs, values and vision. We start by working with your whole organization to develop a clear understanding of your needs:

1. We identify the technical jobs that need to get done, listening for a clear understanding of the who, what and how of each job.
2. We force rank the jobs/needs though the lens of your beliefs, values and vision of the future.
3. We help you articulate the project’s requirements and constraints.

Its in this first Discovery phase where we get to listen for understanding from your artists, musicians, technicians, facilities, pastoral and staff. We carefully capture your needs and the jobs you’re out to get done. We encourage everyone who has to interact with the technical systems in your community to participate in the discovery phase.

We will then test our understanding of your use cases with your team to ensure we are correctly interpreting the force ranked jobs and needs.

Next we dive into a research phase where we curate the right technology for your unique situation. Its here where we model innovative solutions that will meet your technical needs, align with your beliefs and fall within the project constraints. Our goal is to develop a tightly integrated solution that meets your present needs, and is compatible with your vision of the future.
Out of the modeling process, we capture a final design present our solution to you. Armed with your feedback we proceed to finalize the design and produce the sub-system drawings. These drawing are what we use to guide us and your team though the build process.
